When creating laminated glass with curved tempered or hot-bending glass, standard rolling processing is often impossible due to the arc length or arch height of the product. To solve this, many manufacturers will often use a vacuum strip around a circle with the glass being put inside a drying box and then inserted into an autoclave in order to achieve the desired effect. Unfortunately, this process is often inefficient and costly, and it only seals the glass on one circle, leading to product quality issues.
