Vacuum Bagging Film for the making of Laminated glass is high temperature resistant. It is made of nylon, with a temperature resistance range from 160-180℃ and a high tensile strength. This material is specifically designed for the composite material hot-press molding process. It has excellent barrier properties under high temperature and pressure, ensuring it is suitable for a variety of resin systems in the vacuum bag technology.
Most manufacturers use a glass with a vacuum strip running around the circumference of the glass, to form a laminated glass structure. This method has some problems, as the vacuum strip only goes around the glass one circle, it is not completely sealed. Therefore, product issues often occur, resulting in an increase of both the equipment and process input of the drying box, and of course the cost and efficiency is low.
Our solution to this problem is to completely seal the glass in a vacuum bag and directly enter the autoclave for vacuum for packing and forming. This method has the advantage of high yields, high efficiency and is easy to learn. Plus, it is also suitable for making super large and wide laminated glass.
